My Students

Come aboard for an inside peek into our amazing kindergarten classroom! Our classroom has 28 eager learners who come to school every day ready to partake on a new adventure. We use positive discipline and bucket fillers to ensure that our classroom is a safe and comfortable place to learn. Our students come from a variety of neighborhoods and some students are even learning English for the first time. We are fortunate to have such a variety of learners in our classroom.

We are excited to begin a curriculum focused on preparing for the future needs of a new generation.

This includes having access to materials that will enhance a S.T.E.A.M. centered classroom. I hope to give my students a head start into an ever changing world with opportunities to explore as many curriculum areas as possible. Are you ready to come aboard with us?

My Project

Please help the students in my classroom have a unit for charging our i-pads. Everyone knows how quickly technology uses up electricity and especially in a full day kindergarten that means that every day some students are without the use of their electrical device simply because it is not charged.

Having a charging station in our classroom will give each student equal access and equal time on our classroom electrical devices.

It is especially important to give our young learners independence and tools to provide access to the technology that they will be using throughout their educational journey.
