This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our 3rd grade students look forward to the opportunity to take their learning to the next level as they prepare themselves for the future. They are surrounded by a diverse group of fellow learners in a Title I school who all learn in different ways.

Our 3rd grade team is a group of students who come from different backgrounds but with the same goal, to learn and become better.

That includes improving every aspect of their educational careers from reading, spelling, math, computers, programing, and much more .

My Project

The Osmo kits will make learning fun, interactive, and motivate students to be accountable of their learning.

By designing student-centered learning experiences, the Osmo kits transform student learning and retention of information by increasing student interest and motivation.

Students will be able to solve math problems, interact in a real-world problems, be creative, and begin to learn computer coding through manipulatives.

Through their experience students will practice and improve their collaborative, creative, critical thinking, and communication skills. Students will also work on team building and becoming independent learners. Through this student-centered Osmo experience students will be working towards the skills needed for their future careers.
